Desert Rose rents for $1300/wk (+$180/extra night) for August thru mid-November, and $1450/wk (+$210/extra night) for mid-November thru July.

A deposit of 50% of the rental rate is due within 10 days of booking, with the balance and $400 refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior the arrival date. Special year round reduced rental rates and returning guest discounts, please enquire. Rental deposits are refundable up to 45 days before rental start date.

Rentals normally run from 2pm Saturday to 10AM the following Saturday unless agreed otherwise.

The maximum number of guests is limited to 3 people. An additional $200 per week for the extra guest (max 4) will be assessed. If you bring more people than allowed or booked for, you will be removed from the house and will forfeit your deposit.

Garden of Light rents for $1700/wk ($245 extra night) for August thru mid November, and $1,900/wk ($275 extra night) for mid November thru July.
